Non Refundable / Returnable / Exchangeable once sold and mailed.
Colors or quality may be differing due to monitor settings, styling & lighting of photography.
Our signage product is combination made by machine and human, there will inevitably be some minor flaws or sizes differences. We do not accept minor differences & small defects as reasons to return / refund / exchange of goods.
If the product is not defective in any way or has been misused, the same item will be shipped back to you. You will bear the return shipping fee.
We will not be responsible should there be a delay in shipping which may not meet your expected date of receiving, i.e., function or during festive season, etc
DAMAGED or WRONG ITEM
If your parcel is seriously damaged when arrives, inform us on same day or within 1-3 working days through EMAIL/Facebook.
Any late response of more than 3 working days will not be entertained.
Please provide photos and describe the damaged OR wrong item.
After verifying and agreed upon the item(s) to be returned and/or exchanged, buyers must return the item(s) in good conditions within 7 days of receiving. Failing which the request is invalid."Please return by courier service only" and provide tracking reference for the return.

PROCESSING OF RETURN
Once we have received the returned products, we will start to reprocess the order again.
Majority of the products are not ready made and it is making upon order. Allow us to have 7-10 working days process time for normal circumstances.
If you haven't heard from us after 1-2 days, please EMAIL/Facebook us again. We might be having holidays or some urgent matters.
If for any other reasons or complaint that you are still not satisfied with the purchase please email us within 3 days of receiving your order.
